With 80+ years of combined experience, both separately and together Neil and Randy love building custom homes, built with honesty, integrity, quality and the best practices and materials we are allowed. To ensure that the homes and renovations we build stand the test of time, look beautiful and last for generations to come. We feel strongly that amidst the challenges that a new construction, addition or renovation will have that our clients should enjoy the process as we do.

The Partnership

Neil Ruscoe and Randy Manchester founded R.S.M. Construction in 2021, combining their extensive experience in the industry. Neil brings over 40 years of expertise, having built hundreds of projects and led his own carpentry crew. Randy, in the field since 2012, contributes his skills as a carpenter, superintendent, estimator, and project manager. Together, they leverage their knowledge to deliver high-quality custom homes and renovations.

Randy Manchester

Randy Manchester brings extensive construction expertise, rooted in a family of builders and tradesmen. His industry journey began with drafting classes in junior high, progressing through hands-on experience, a carpenter's union apprenticeship, and formal education in Computer Aided Design and Construction Management. Randy's career evolved from field work to project management roles with major New England structural steel fabricators, equipping him with a unique blend of practical and management skills. This diverse background prepares him to tackle complex challenges in custom home building and renovations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. His comprehensive understanding of the construction process and problem-solving abilities make Randy an invaluable asset, guaranteeing expertise clients can trust for their custom home projects.

Today, Ruscoe leads his experienced carpentry crew with the same hands-on approach that has defined his career, overseeing field operations and ensuring each project meets exacting standards.
